A Year later... Our Love
It's been a year since Celeste and I met. We decided our introduction to one another would not be a fling. Instead, we kept in touch and visited each other frequently. Between both of us, we made eight trips back and forth from Miami to New York. I must say I never thought long-distance relationships were possible or even productive, but we've managed quite well.
Celeste and I decided that we would be willing to maintain our relationship as long as we were able to see other people. We embraced and adopted a polyamory relationship. She now has one other girlfriend and a guy friend, and I have two other girlfriends that I met in NY. Meeting with Celeste opened up the portal for women to come forth to me. Before, it was never so easy. I'm very excited about my future that lies ahead. I have come out of the shell I was once in, thanks to Celeste.
I am no longer shy or so introverted. However, I have learned to balance my interactions and make sure I take care of myself. Lionel and I hang out a lot more now. He and Johnathan often go on double dates with me Tamika, Rhonda, and Celeste when she comes to town. Lionel was surprised that Celeste and I had lasted as long as we have. He is also thrilled about my new outlook on life. He says his girl has started to LIVE! I thought I was always living, but I must admit this is living without limits. Embracing love between my partners and me has given me greater freedom and allowed me to grow higher within self. We focus on our health, spiritual, emotional, and physical well being. We all get along well with my partners and Celeste's partners. Diamond and Rueben are quite outgoing. It's impressive to see the diversity in Celeste's choice of partners.
The love I have for Celeste will always be with me, for her entrance into my life showed me how dreams do come true. She was no longer a longing and a chasing after, but a dream manifested. I don't know about others, but I can honestly say I am thankful for that gift of foresight and how she came to be in my life. There are even times when Celeste and Tomika come visit me together. Celeste is cool with her like that. She doesn't care for Rhonda the same but says she is good peeps. Now that is a sight to see and a vibe to experience. The energy that exudes in those sex sessions is out of this world. Celeste, Tomika, and I are explosive. Yet nothing gets in the way of Celeste and I relating to one with another. How we care and love one another is defined in our interactions within our relationship. I couldn't have asked for a better revelation of interest in my life. Friends becoming lovers and embracing true freedom of exploring for a lifetime. Acknowledging that when, if ever the time comes to grow and go, we are willing to live and let go!
