One of the greatest gifts of life is our BREATH. Every day we go from moment to moment without consciously paying attention to the very operation that keeps us in motion. Breathing is an essential function of the human body and a necessity for life. The realization of breath importance has recently shown through in many breathing exercises that are rapidly increasing around the world. A phenomenon is sweeping the earth that involves one of the greatest pleasures of life, breathing. According to Wikipedia,  Breathwork is a New Age term for various breathing practices in which the conscious control of breathing is said to influence a person's mental, emotional or physical state, with a claimed therapeutic effect. Breathwork has no proven health impact other than promoting relaxation and can cause distress.  However, Breathwork clients are raving about their life-changing experiences after the completion of initial sessions. Goodbye Aruba As I sat under the moon for the last time in Aruba, I realized how much anguish and sorrow resided within me still. I'm grateful for the reflection which has come after the detox.
