 It's a state of emergency...my condition and state of being The oneness of me with humanity and the need to be present  It's all chivalry.. How can one maintain clarity and focus  with all the chaos surrounding me??? Everyday it's a fight of going within for I have finally Awaken and found my truth I see the world through a different lens quite clear and without blur a third eye visual Pineal gland  atmosphere... It runs deep beyond what the natural eye can see They are constantly seeking attention, likes, follows, POWER That is all it amounts to..who has the most power?  I used to be in that number the one with all the juice However, now my essence overflows and leaks with other effervescence   Bubbling over with their insecurities, worries, and longing afters My natural empathetic ways find me in the in Between So I go and ground myself once more.. No longer recycling the energy but regurgitating it Into infinity...the black hole of never ending not...

 The day I laid eyes on her I knew that SHE was special.  The way she walked and carried her essence was surreal. I knew that I had to connect an encounter with her, but how? Then the universe supported my endeavors and made it happen. She became my prayer partner,  confidante, sistar and friend... It was amazing the connections we made... Then we realized through a candid conversation our paths had crossed before... We were in high school and I  had got into a fight with this punk and well she witnessed it Who would have known that two girls from the same city but two different worlds  Would meet such a fate..... We've had our ups and downs; yet we have evolved through it all. I'm so grateful for the relationship that has been afforded to US It has taught me so much, but the greatest lesson is that SHE's a reflection of ME I never thought that I could love someone the way I love her My best friend, Priestess, Coach, Partner in Wild, she uplifts me and I her... ...

As I laid in his arms with my head on his chest, I could smell his oils. Bergamot and copal oil and it tickled my nostrils. He always smelled so earthy, that's what I loved about him. I don't know, but good smells always usher me into a tranquil state. I could feel his chest rising and falling. I know by this time he's asleep. According to Wikipedia,  Breathwork is a New Age term for various breathing practices in which the conscious control of breathing is said to influence a person's mental, emotional or physical state, with a claimed therapeutic effect. Breathwork has no proven health impact other than promoting relaxation and can cause distress.  However, Breathwork clients are raving about their life-changing experiences after the completion of initial sessions. There are those moments when you find your self in a pickle A mishap, a shamble it seems.. I've been there one too many times Creating illusion and delusions whereas I am the object of Attention And well they are the object. of Affection There is a pulling and a pushing A sharing and a taking; the reciprocation at first glance seems surreal The kinetic chemistry is undeniable;Two souls dancing in the night Yet my vision seems skewed because I only see what I want to see Does he really SEE me? The days and nights are starting to run together. I've been trying to balance the flow of my days since I work from home now. I have a lot more leisure time because I get my work done much quicker in my zen home environment. The feng shui helps me to zone in on my task. That's why I love my home. It's beautiful and airy, always with a cool breeze, bright and filled with love. I keep my eucalyptus and mint candles burning because I love the scent. This corner apartment of my sky rise gives me the perfect view of the city and the ideal amount of sunlight. The view of the moon is fantastic. It's been a few weeks since the state has shut down. Only essential workers are in the public's eye at this time. That doesn't bother me much, though, because now I get a chance to do more studying and research.
